Our purpose is to "shift" lives of people, companies and society.

For people, we encourage them to look for jobs that balance the professional and
personal lives, making the better use of time.
For companies, we offer flexible, motivated, energized and productive candidates.
For society we promote better well-being since we preach the reduction in the use 
of cars and less polution (reduces the CO2 emissions), through homeoffice jobs and 
remote journeys. We also encourage the reduction of the transit  in the peak hours, 
through working days with flexible schedules and, finally, we promote more quality 
time for familys and people.
