Organic Ilemba is Start-up Company creating an innovative project which is aiming to transform the cassava sector in Kenya, improve food security and increase household incomes mostly to Arid & semi-arid families. We intends to commercialize cassava, especially for production of Biofuels (Biogas) which will be sold from county level the whole country and outside the country.Our aim at the moment is to help arid & semi-arid farmer/families of Taita-Taveta access disease free cassava seedlings through improved cassava varieties seedlings multiplication project for the production of Biogas.

We intend to have a demo farm of 2Hactare under irrigation installed with disease free cassava varieties which will be able to supply to 40 seedling multipliers after 6-7month of maturity to scale-up the process on reaching more rural farmers access disease free cassava varieties. The harvested tuber of 40MT from the farm will be used to extracting Cooking Biogas to be sold across the county and the waste turned in to organic fertilizer.
