Long description

I am proposing an elevated bicycle/walkway which may be built in places identified to benefit the most from such facility.  The places which I think will benefit the most from the FV (Fita Verde) are residential neighborhoods, business/institutional districts and even tourist/f&b (food & beverage) belts.

This may be conducted as a public and private endeavor of Sao Paulo, Brazil and even for other areas which face the same challenges.  And this is going to be greatly effective if done with everybody’s support and coopeation.

Either the government or the private sector may start the very first Fita Verde (FV).  Identifying a locality which faces mobility challenges will be the beneficiary of the first project.  A project or business venture of such scale needs to be sustainable, so it needs to identify ways to recover its cost and at the same time maintain the facility properly.
