Follow the Flow

Because of the lack of space, I came up with a new idea to introduce renewable energy in the streets of Amsterdam, without big changes.

Long description

Wind which is made by humans could be used to generate energy. Along most roads in Amsterdam traffic bollard seperate the road and sidewalk. Those traffic bollard could be used to “catch” the wind en produce energy out of it. The bollard will look like little cylinder windmills. In empty places could be filled with bigger cylinder windmills to create an energy forest. This will give the city a modern and renewable vibe which could also be a new touristic attraction for the city. All those “windmills” will make together one big network of energy, made out of the wind made by humans en nature.
