Long description
H.I.V.E is an integrated grid system which deals with high intake and emission of a large volume of air, filtering it in the process. The entire grid is part of a large Air Purification Plant which takes in all the compressed air through underground pipelines making it a type of ‘sewage’ for air.
The H.I.V.E comprises of small units which we would like to call the micro limbs across the city in a designated pattern so as to effectively combat the air pollution with consideration of the range. The H.I.V.E micro limbs contain a specially designed impeller which intakes in a high volume of air and compressing it along with primary filtration before passing it on to the underground pipeline to the plant where a giant structure which sucks in the air from all of the H.I.V.E grid is present which is basically giant impellers which constitute air flow in the opposite direction as that of the micro limbs
The plant will also constitute of the major filtering chamber which will filter out the air before emitting it out. The filtration can be of 2 to 3 steps making use of adsorption which can filter out pollutants. A common example of which is activated carbon and by the use of electrostatic precipitators.
