NOAH – Local Operational Tower

We have worked out the idea of bringing key necessities of life into the urban centers as an operational tower.

Long description

They are all designed to be a self sustainable tower serving a local community. The overall solution is scalable and turnkey for easy roll-out as a plug and play solution with all the features and technology pre-proven. Each key component is housed in an ISO 40 foot container as the basic building block, easy to transport into place and then use it literally to build and house the solution. The idea is to spread the NOAH Towers in throughout neighborhoods or areas of high population density where urban mobility is stressing the quality of life and keeping essential travel locked into an inefficient mode that hinder urban mobility. The focus key is to significantly reduce the transit of delivery vehicles, and non-essential travel to limit the trucks circulating the city. All mass transit options are aimed at taking non-essential transport off the city streets, and today these delivery trucks of all sizes clog the roads for essential travel. Our concept seeks to minimize their needs for basic services, like energy, food, waste treatment, and can be a building block for other key services such as education and healthcare services. The spaces can be private, public or public-private partnership. The container modules will cover 5 large families: RENEWABLE ENERGY, RAINWATER CAPTURE, FOOD PRODUCTION, RECYCLING & LOGISTIC. The structure of NOAH is composed of: an operational floor of services (hydraulic, electric, air conditioning, IT, etc.); stairs; elevators; fixed crane at the top of the building for relocation or replacement of containers.
