Long description

Office Bus is a chartered bus service with a work-oriented structure to large companies. The bus has tables, internet, wi-fi, notebooks, cell phones and tokens to allow employees to start their work while traveling to/from the office building.

The employees who choses this transportation will benefit by lower workload in the office, since they have been making part of it inside the bus. To count the time worked, the employee will need to log in to the company’s system.

The employee will have the option of working on the paths home-to-work, work-to-home or both. Since employees will be able to pick up the bus at different route stops, they will be responsible for checking their time balance, choosing the time dedicated to work during the journey and the vehicle with the most adequate schedule to complete their workload.

The Office Bus service will be customized according to the needs of the contracting company. The bus can have different layouts, equipment for work, routes and departure times. With lower workload in the office, it’s possible to plan a timetable with buses working during the non-peak hours.

The responsibility for providing notebooks, cell phones and tokens may be from Office Bus or from the contractor, depending on information security policies and access to the corporate network. The range of activities the employee will perform depends on this available infrastructure.
