The proposed idea can help change the mindsets of people over time and make them realize how important it is to minimize and recycle waste.

In almost every country of the world, there is lack of knowledge regarding recycling and waste management, even among the educated population of the countries.
And if the educated and employed population of the world cannot manage the waste problems efficiently, we can barely expect anything from the uneducated and unemployed people.
So, there is a need to educate the educated population, about the ways in which we could tackle the waste management problem. This would require the active participation of every individual.
This idea proposes, the corporate offices make it compulsory for their employees to bring at least one piece of garbage into the office everyday, and dispose it into one of the sorted dustbins.
If any employee fails to do so, he can be red marked for promotions or a part of his salary will be deducted everyday, etc depending upon company to company.
This would create a sense of responsibility in the employees along with fear of red marking.
According to July 2018 stats, Mexico city has more than 50 million of employed population.Thus this campaign could be a huge success if organised properly.
