Solar energy based city air purifier

My design can fit beneath a street light pole and can operated on solar energy. It will be deal with the air pollution in Delhi.

Long description

1 particular unit will suck some air and will filter it and again will release it in the air. These units will be installed near the main road so they can reduce upto 80% of the pollution. And they will totally work on solar energy. Besides of that this design can also work as a air conditioner.
